We want you shooting with gear you trust, not gear you're stuck with. Here's exactly how returns work.

Return Window

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all included accessories, cables, memory cards, and manuals.

Category-Specific Conditions

• Camera bodies: Shutter count must be under 500 actuations and there must be no signs of use on the sensor or mount for a full refund. Bodies with a shutter count above that threshold may be accepted for a partial refund at our discretion.
• Drones: Must not show flight log data indicating completed flights, and propellers must be in unused, unattached condition.
• Lighting and studio equipment: Bulbs, LED panels, and flash tubes that have been powered on are eligible for return only if defective — we can't resell used consumables.
• Memory cards, filters, and other single-use accessories: Must be in unopened, factory-sealed packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or develops a fault covered by manufacturer warranty within the return window, we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label. Contact us before shipping anything back — we'll confirm the issue and get a replacement moving first.

How to Start a Return

Email support@snaphappyinc.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We respond within one business day with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation the moment the refund is processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size, mount, or color variant? Let us know when you start your return — we can often ship the replacement before we've received the original item back, pending a valid card on file.
