These Terms of Service govern your use of snaphappyinc.com and any purchase made through the site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product specifications for camera bodies, drones, lighting, and accessories. In the rare event a price or spec is listed incorrectly due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, in which case you will be refunded in full.
All camera bodies, lenses, and drones sold by Snap Happy Inc include the original manufacturer's warranty, generally one year from date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product page. We can assist with warranty claims but the manufacturer determines final coverage decisions.
You may not use this site to conduct fraudulent transactions, resell products in violation of manufacturer distribution agreements, or attempt to circumvent our security measures.
Snap Happy Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased equipment, including lost footage, missed shoots, or third-party editing costs, beyond the value of the product purchased.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
