Quiet, no flicker on camera
Ran this through a full day of video work with zero flicker showing up on any of my cameras, even at higher shutter speeds. Fan noise is basically inaudible on lav mic.

Good output for the size, stand sold separately
Brightness is more than enough for a small home studio setup. Just know it doesn't come with a stand or softbox, so budget for those separately.
